Vendor Information

Dear Farm Show Exhibitor:

You can reach your customers and introduce yourself to thousands of prospects at the second annual Western New York Farm Show. This new show is a unique opportunity for you to expand your customer base. It will attract regional farm owners, landscapers, and agribusiness people at a convenient site, the Erie County Fair’s Showplex.

The regional aspect is a compelling reason for you to become a vendor. Western New York is home to the strongest agriculture in the state. Similarly successful shows will not give you this concentration of local prospects and community buy-in. All net proceeds from the show will be used to support local 4-H and FFA activities.

The Western New York Farm Show offers attendees an appealing combination of inducements. There will be several free educational workshops. Every vendor will receive lunch tickets, prior to the show, to give to their customers or prospects. Thousands of tickets will be distributed before the show. Entertainment will include a Skid Steer Rodeo, prize drawings, and a weather & commodity price predicting groundhog.

Attendees will be hearing of this event from a variety of sources. The Erie County Agricultural Society will be sending multiple e-mails to over 26,000 individuals, several Cornell Cooperative County Extensions will be promoting the event to their residents, and of course vendors will be inviting their guests via the lunch tickets. We are also planning a WYRK radio campaign, a live simulcast with Clay Moden, and advertisements in Country Folks to promote the event.

Reservation and pricing information will be sent via email, fax or regular mail upon request or by clicking the 2012 WNY Farm Show Brochure link below.
